Hi and Welcome!
Hey everyone I am Courtney and this will hopefully be my blog through the disney college program. Until it is time to apply it wont be as fun. So I must confess, this is not my first blog. My first blog is floating around somewhere with a forgotten password because I forgot the password to my email. Whoops my bad but its ok becasue I won't forget this one :). Anyways I am lucky though because I saved a couple of post to a word document so yay! Anyways enough boring everyone...

So I am sitting at home bored so I decided to create my blog. For those of you actually reading this I am sorry in advance, for a while I don't have much to say about the college program besides the fact that I can't wait and I am counting down the days until I can apply! I cannot wait until this time next year but I also not wanting this year to go any faster because I am not good with goodbyes and I hate the thought of having to be apart from my teammates and friends at SIC, because I know it will never be the same. The other day one of my roommates said that I have not lived because I have never been to Disneyland (she is from California) my other roommate just shook her head and laughed, (she knows better than to get me on the topic of Disney because I never shut up!) I laughed very sarcastically and told her "trust me I am not Disney deprived since I go to Disney World every August.”
Then she went on to tell me that Disneyland was so much better (Even though she has never been to Disney World) but I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion and maybe she is right! I would love to go to Disneyland and form my own opinion about which is better. But it was just one of those moments where I shook my head and though ohhh Katie you have no idea.
But I am getting off topic, I feel very prepared for the college program interviews, especially the phone interview because I have preparing for the last 2 or 3 years. I have been reading lots and lots of blogs and they are so helpful! (Thank you for those of you who have made a blog, im sure I have read and enjoyed it!!!)

disboards.com like crazy! When I have a bad day I just think to myself next year you could possibly be living and working for Disney and I automatically have a better day. Yesterday my dad booked our hotel for August, we never book this early but he got a discount pin that expired today so he basically had to. We decided to stay at Wilderness Lodge (where we stayed last year and loved!) I for one am so excited we had such a great time last year and this year my brother Chris and his girlfriend Ashley will be right next door (they stayed at Caribbean Beach last year.) My dad also discussed them coming down over Christmas break of ’11 if I get accepted. So that’s something neat to look forward to! I want to post a few pictures every blog entry because I love pictures!!! I will try to write back soon. Next time I hopefully will have more to talk about and maybe I won’t ramble as much. Hi I’m Courtney and I have a problem (Hi Courtney) I am Disney obsessed! No for real it’s bad. I have a Disney themed Christmas tree (ill put pictures up of it later). Also my cats have Disney names, Simba and Nala (Original huh?) and Hercules, we didn’t name our other cat so no Disney name for him. I blame my dad for this obsession because he has the exact same problem. I’m 19 years old and I think I have been to Disney at least 16 times maybe 17 I’ve lost count. But enough of that let me just state that I am so thankful that school is out for a month! I’m so glad that I don't have to go home and study. Now I get to go home and study for the college program!!! That’s about it for my ramblings for today I really don’t have much to say sorry for being sooo boring. Have a great day!
